There were no trades on the Bermuda Stock Exchange today.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index remained at 1,793.06.

While Butterfield Bank shares did not trade on the BSX, they climbed 18 cents, or 0.6 per cent, to close at $29.18 on the New York Stock Exchange.

The BSX Insurance Index of the island’s leading international insurance companies climbed 5.67 points, or 0.33 per cent, to close the day on 1,706.13.
