The Royal Gazette/BSX index closed unchanged at 2,054.81 after a day without trades.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of the Bank of Butterfield improved by eight cents, or 0.23 per cent, to $34.41.

The BSX Insurance Index was up 0.53 points, or 0.03 per cent, at 1,902.9.
