Shares of Devonshire Industries fell 75 cents, or 14.3 per cent, to $4.50 after 500 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

Ascendant Group was down six cents, or 0.7 per cent, at $8.89 after 3,000 shares changed hands, while West Hamilton Holdings lost one cent, or 0.2 per cent, to close at $6 after 100 traded.

Butterfield Bank shares were 25 cents lower, or 0.7 per cent, at $34 after 300 traded. On the New York Stock Exchange, Butterfield improved 18 cents, or 0.53 per cent, to $34.09.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed down 12.15 points, or 0.59 per cent, at 2,050.92.
