Shares of Argus Group were up 25 cents, or 6.7 per cent, at $4 after 23,966 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There was also an exchange of 7,000 shares in One Communications, but with no effect on the stock’s closing price.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up five points, or 0.23 per cent, at 2,216.4.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 15 cents, or 0.4 per cent, at $37.35.

The BSX Insurance Index dropped 20.15 points, or 1.04 per cent, to 1,921.33.
