BF&M Ltd shares gained ground in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.

The insurer climbed 15 cents, or 0.9 per cent, to close the day on $17 as 300 shares changed hands.

Fellow insurer Argus Group Holdings Ltd also saw 200 shares traded, but remained unchanged on $3.92.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 1.15 points to close on 2,550.15.

Trading volume for the day was 500 shares and turnover totalled $5,833.43.

The BSX Insurance Index gained 17.41 points, or 0.9 per cent, to close on 1,925.6.
