There were no trades on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, but Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares slid 1.3 per cent.

The bank’s shares closed at $47.65, down 63 cents, on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index remained on 2,723.21. The BSX Insurance Index shed 19.13 points to fall 1.07 per cent to 1,776.41.
