Shares of BF&M Ltd were down three cents, or 0.2 per cent, at $17.75, after 600 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There was also trading in 25 shares of Ascendant Group, the parent company of Belco, and seven shares of HSBC Holdings, but with no change to the closing price of either stock.

On the New York Stock Exchange shares of Butterfield Bank were down 36 cents, or 0.77 per cent, at $46.61.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 0.23 of a point, or 0.01 per cent, at 2,679.43.

The BSX Insurance Index was up 1.36 points, or 0.07 per cent, at 1,841.21.
