Shares of BF&M Ltd improved by 95 cents, or 6.3 per cent, to $16 after 2,000 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There was also trading in 3,159 shares of One Communications Ltd, but with no change to the closing price of $3.47.

In New York, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 82 cents, or 2.22 per cent, at $37.70.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index improved 7.27 points, or 0.33 per cent, to 2,193.93, while the BSX Insurance Index was up 14,69 points, or 0.99 per cent, at 1,501.03.
