Shares of Argus Group improved by 15 cents, or 5.2 per cent, to $3.05 after 100 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There was a $2.43 fall, or 11.9 per cent decline, for BF&M Ltd shares after 2,888 were exchanged. The stock closed at $18.06.

Also falling was Butterfield Bank, which declined $1, or 2.8 per cent, to $35 after 3,568 shares changed hands, while in New York the bank’s shares were down two cents, or 0.06 per cent, at $35.42.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 65.41 points, or 2.96 per cent, at 2,144.66, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 1.95 points, or 0.12 per cent, at 1,587.6.
