Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd improved by one cent, or 0.5 per cent, to $2.09 after 61,200 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

There was also trading in 1,500 shares of Ascendant Group, the parent of Belco, but with no change to the closing price of $30.25.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down 58 cents, or 3.15 per cent, at $17.84.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up 0.2 of a point, or 0.01 per cent, at 1,543.53, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 41.08, or 3.23 per cent, at 1231.72.
