Shares of Argus Group Holdings limited declined eight cents, or 2.9 per cent, to $2.68 after 58,000 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

Meanwhile, on the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down five cents, or 0.2 per cent, at $25.52.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was down 1.6 points, or 0.09 per cent, at 1,828.5, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 13.51 points, or 0.91 per cent, at 1,465.79.
