Argus shares down 20.9%

Shares of Argus Group Holdings Ltd fell by 84 cents, or 20.9 per cent, to $3.20 after 33,000 traded on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
On the New York Stock Exchange, Butterfield Bank shares were down $1.47, or 5.29 per cent, at $26.30.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Stock Exchange was down 16.79 points, or 0.84 per cent, to 1,975.42, while the BSX Insurance Index fell 68.62 points, or 4.71 per cent, to 1,388.4.
