BF&M shares climb 1.6% on BSX

Shares of BF&M Ltd gained 1.6 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.
The insurer added 29 cents to close on $18.99 as 1,000 shares changed hands.
BF&M was the lone stock to trade on the BSX as The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 2.22 points, or 0.12 per cent, to close on 1,897.82.
The BSX Insurance Index added 34.91 points, or 2.19 per cent, to close the day on 1,631.63.
The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank gained $1.73, or 5.44 per cent, to close on $33.51 on the New York Stock Exchange. The bank last traded on the BSX at $26.10.
