Argus shares fall 6.5% on BSX
Shares of Argus Group fell 6.5 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.
The insurer’s share price fell by 25 cents to close on $3.62 as 74,300 shares changed hands.
Argus was the only stock to trade as The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell 5.5 points, or 0.29 per cent, to close on 1,885.75.
Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares climbed 11 cents, or 0.36 per cent, to close on $30.67 on the New York Stock Exchange as 174,887 shares were traded. Butterfield last traded at $28 on the BSX.
The BSX Insurance Index fell 4.03 points, or 0.25 per cent, to close on 1,617.51.
Meanwhile, One Communications Ltd said In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange that on December 16 the telecommunications group repurchased 900 of its shares at an average price of $4.10 for immediate cancellation.
