The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed 27.81 points higher
There were no trades executed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange as the RG/BSX remained at 2,559.66. The BSX Insurance Index closed at 1770.90, an increase of 27.81 or 1.6 per cent.
Butterfield Bank stock rose $1.12 or 3.23 per cent on the New York Stock Exchange to $35.77 on volume of 87,820.
