Butterfield shares climb 1.3% on BSX
The RG/BSX index closed at 2,725.40, up by 23.89 points (0.88 per cent) as four issues traded and advancers outpaced decliners two to one on the day.
The Bank of Butterfield rose 50 cents, or 1.3 per cent, to close on $39.50, as 918 shares changed hands.
Watlington Waterworks Ltd dipped $2.50, or 7.6 per cent, to close on $30.50, on the trading of 2,000 shares.
West Hamilton Holdings Ltd gained one cent, or 0.2 per cent, to close on $4.21.
Insurer BF&M Ltd remained unchanged on $22.50 as 700 shares changed hands.
The Index was up 46.14 points (1.69 per cent) for the week.
The BSX Insurance Index remained unquoted.
Butterfield’s US-listed shares fell 43 cents (1.07 per cent) to close at $39.82 on the New York Stock Exchange.
