Butterfield finishes higher in New York

The RG/BSX Index closed at 2,495, up 32.86 (1.33 per cent), powered by BF&M Ltd. which rose $3.60 (19.8 per cent) to close at $21.75 after 200 shares changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
In other trading, Argus Group Holdings Ltd. remained unchanged at $6.40 after trading of 550 shares.
Bank of Butterfield finished at $36.22, up 46 cents (1.29 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange.
The RG/BSX Index closed at 2,495, up 32.86 (1.33 per cent),
