Bank stock rises on BSX and NYSE

The RG/BSX Index rose 26.82 points (1.14 per cent) to 2,376.84, buoyed by trading in Bank of N.T. Butterfield Ltd. stock, up 50 cents (1.5 per cent) to $33 on trading volume of 2,079.
It was the only movement on the domestic board of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Butterfield also finished higher at $33.29, up 64 cents (1.96 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange.
Market rises: slight increase in Butterfield stock pushed up the Bermuda Stock Exchange by 26.82 points (1.14 per cent)
