Butterfield rises in New York

The RG/BSX Index plunged 101.43 (4.52 per cent) to close at 2,140.65, dragged down by the only two issues trading for the day.
Bank of N.T. Butterfield Ltd closed at $29.95, a drop of $1.05 (3.4 per cent) on a volume of 1,400.
Also falling was BF&M Ltd., closing at $18.05, down $4.94 (21.5 per cent) on 800 shares.
The total share volume of 2,200 was valued at $56,385.00.
The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited was up 24 cents (0.82 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange to close at $29.57.
The only two issues trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange dragged down the RG/BSX Index 101.43 points (4.52 per cent) to close at 2,140.65
