Butterfield finishes higher

The RG/BSX Index closed at 2,144.11, up 27.60 (1.30 per cent) as Bank of N.T. Butterfield Ltd. rose 50 cents (1.7 per cent) to close at $30 on trading of 243 shares.
A second advancer was Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd., also up 50 cents (11.1 per cent) to close at $5, after 2,200 shares traded. There were no decliners.
Butterfield rose 26 cents (0.85 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange to close at $30.70.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index finished the day at 2,144.11, up 1.30 per cent
