Bank stock moves higher on the NYSE

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged for the day at 2,424.96
The RG/BSX Index closed unchanged at 2,424.96 with no trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Overseas, The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited was up three cents (0.10 per cent) to close at $29.80 on the New York Stock Exchange.
The BSX has given notice that it will close at 2pm on Friday, in advance of the Christmas holiday, reopening next Wednesday.
The BSX will also be closed on Monday January 2 the bank holiday of New Year’s Day, reopening the following day.
