The RG/BSX Index closed today at 2,410.42, down 80.45 points (3.23 per cent).
Some 2,836 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $34, down $1.50 (4.2 per cent).
Also on the BSX, some 2,000 shares in BF&M Ltd were traded. The stock closed unchanged at $20.25.
Overseas, Butterfield Bank closed up 43 cents (1.18 per cent) at $36.89 on the New York Stock Exchange.
