The RG/BSX Index closed yesterday at 2,571.89, down 53.64 points (2.04 per cent).
Some 2,215 shares in Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd changed hands on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock closed at $37, down a dollar (2.6 per cent).
Overseas, Butterfield closed up a penny (0.03 per cent) at $37.94 on the New York Stock Exchange.
