The RG/BSX Index finished down 45.59 points (1.79 per cent) on Tuesday to close at 2,507.61.
Butterfield Bank saw 8,280 shares change hands, falling $1.05 (2.8 per cent) to end the day at $30 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
Argus Group closed at $5.05, down 45 cents (9.8 per cent) with 37,100 shares moving.
The turnover on the BSX was $485,635.
Meanwhile, Butterfield Bank was down 48 cents (1.27 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange to $37.22 by the end of the day, with a volume of 130,884.
