I facilitate account audits to highlight potential savings, process new activations, replacement stock, repair devices and troubleshoot all Blackberry dilemmas. To summarize, my job is to provide an excellent customer service experience. Additionally, I monitor and organise the day to day functioning of the corporate care team.What is your favourite part of the job? I must say that I have two equally favourite parts. I enjoy development through training and self-teaching. I also enjoy becoming familiar with my clients and maintaining their investment in Digicel.What is your least favourite part of the job? The most inconvenient part of my day derives from balancing mandatory tasks with the unexpected. Being able to execute diverse requests can often increase my workload.What is your most interesting experience at work? Having a true blue Bermudian accent, I can easily fall victim to what comes naturally. During a discussion, when addressed from across the room, I loudly called a company name to answer. I had no time to amend my sentence, as this had been noted instantly by colleagues. Since then, I have been called “Err Kurr”.What would you be doing otherwise? I am interested in criminal litigation or forensics; therefore, study involving these areas will be my next step.
