Receiving gratitude calls/emails/gifts from clients thanking me for a job well done, having had a great cruise/tour/vacation and coming back refreshed, revived and revitalised. Enjoying the perks the travel industry has offer.What is your least favourite part? Being in an office all day, the stress of visa denials, delayed passports in express mail, airline strikes flight cancellations due weather natural disasters. Crazy way the airlines chop/change fares with fuel surcharges and seat sales.What is your most interesting experience at work? Sitting at my desk recently and being totally caught off guard when presented with a ballon and camera crew and being told I was a finalist in the Belco VIP awards airline/travel agent category.What would you be doing otherwise?
