Bda Paint up 15%
Devonshire Industries Ltd was the biggest mover in a busy week on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) last week.The company, which owns Bermuda Paint, fell 15.4 percent ($1) to $5.50 with 3,000 shares traded.KeyTech Ltd declined five percent (30 cents) to $5.75 as 33,900 shares were transacted.Argus Group Holdings Ltd also dropped 4.8 percent (25 cents) to $5 with 17,200 shares changing hands.Meanwhile West Hamilton Holdings Ltd dipped 3.1 percent (20 cents) to $6.25 as 3,000 shares were traded.Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd, however, rose 6.5 percent (70 cents) to $11.45 with 100 shares changing hands.BF&M Ltd also climbed two percent (30 cents) to $15 as 5,500 shares were transacted.The Ascendant Group Ltd advanced 1.4 percent (20 cents) to $14 with 1,700 shares traded, as did Butterfield Bank, as it saw 189,907 shares change hands.The only other trader was Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd, which transacted 57 shares, but its share price held firm at $4.55.Overall the Index slipped 5.71 points (0.47 percent) to 1,203.55 with 254,364 shares worth BD$690,906.45 and 762 shares worth US$7,511.40 traded.But the BSX Insurance Index, in contrast, increased two points (0.2 percent) to 982.
