I was fortunate enough this past week to participate in a strategic planning session where we brought together the critical stakeholders in a new venture to identify how we can make the most of a business opportunity.The participants came from a range of expertise and from both the US and Bermuda.One always has expectations of what the outcome of such a session might be but this one far exceeded any that I had contemplated.The power of a group of people to review options, alternatives, obstacles, opportunities, and potential solutions is always wonderful to experience.
