Bacardi International Limited has appointed Bermudian Danielle Paynter as director of corporate affairs based in its global headquarters in Hamilton.
Ms Paynter will lead local corporate PR initiatives and events at Bacardi, including community giving and external sponsorships, along with overseeing internal events and production efforts related to the Bacardi Limited annual general meeting.

Douglas Mello, managing director of Bacardi International Limited, said: “We are excited to welcome Danielle to family-owned Bacardi. Danielle’s blend of business experience and commitment to the Bermuda community makes her a great fit for Bacardi and our efforts to support this island which has been our home for more than 55 years.”
Ms Paynter has served as chairwoman of the Butterfield Wealth Council, and as an executive committee member of the Bermuda chapter of the Alternative Investment Managers Association, the Bermuda Chapter of 100 Women in Finance, and the #ChooseBDA movement.
