Crichlow joins CHW pupillage programme
Aaron Crichlow has joined Cox Hallett Wilkinson’s pupillage programme. He begins his training in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department before completing the programme in the Corporate Department.
Mr Crichlow said: “I am excited to join Cox Hallet Wilkinson, as they promote not only a good business sense, but also a personable and reasoned approach to the law.
“I believe CHW to be a place where I can, not only perfect my craft as an attorney, but additionally and importantly to me, impact Bermuda in a positive way.”
Mr Crichlow graduated from Warwick Academy in 2013 and completed a bachelor of arts with a major in philosophy and minor in law and society at Dalhousie University in 2017, before obtaining his bachelor of laws (upper second class honours) from the University of Kent in Britain.
Mr Crichlow completed the Legal Professional Course with commendation and an MSc in Law, Business and Management with commendation from the University of Law, London in Britain in 2020.
Mr Crichlow is a founding member of the volunteer group called Bermuda Is Love, which attempts to promote the idea of a sustainable, healthy and environmentally friendly Bermuda, through events like trash clean-ups, blood drives, clothing drives and community gardens.
Ernest Morrison, CHW managing director, said: “We are delighted to have Aaron join our team. Aaron is a focused young man, who is committed to taking advantage of the opportunities that will arise during his pupilage and we very much look forward to watching progress during his career. ”
CHW recruits qualified Bermudian candidates for its pupillage programme. The programme aims to teach a wide range of legal skills, provide mentorship from experienced senior lawyers in each seat and giving opportunities to gain meaningful practical experience in a variety of different areas of law working with both international and local clients, the firm said.
