Off-duty officer now stable

An off-duty police officer seriously injured in a motorcycle crash last month was listed as stable in hospital today.
The 22-year-old, who has not been named, was involved in a single-vehicle crash on Crow Lane, in Pembroke, at about 2.45am on June 23.
A police spokesman said the man continued his recovery in the Intensive Care Unit at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash.
