A good week in my fight against the bulge
David Paynter, 35, has lost 22 pounds so far in the 100 day challenge.
He says he has had a good week so far and hasn't really had any setbacks and has been motivated by friends in the 100 Day Challenge.
Mr. Paynter also boasts his team is currently in fourth place for weight loss.
The married father-of-one said:
"This week has been a good week. I have had several one-hour treadmill workouts. Alyssa (my daughter), Allison (my niece) and Kristina (my wife) played basketball on Sunday. Alyssa and I also played soccer on Sunday."
"I have had several conversations in the grocery stores at Lindo's and at White's from people giving encouragement and support. It is very inspiring to here people's response to the 100 Day Challenge."
"I have lost 22 pounds to date. I was very excited today when I purchased pants that are three sizes smaller than I would usually buy. My initial goal was to lose 30 pounds but I will reach that soon, so I will have to reset my short-term weight goals."
"Motivation is easy because I have a great network of friends that are also in the 100 Day Challenge. Also I have my friend Teresa (a pro boxer) cheering me on."
"My team is currently in fourth place for weight loss. My team members are also put up great numbers for the 100 day challenge. GO TEAM!"
