A Devonshire man caught with drugs at a police search point has been fined $1,000.Police pulled over a car driven by Ricardo Alexander Brangman, 30, of the Glebe Road, at 9.15pm on February 12.Motorists were being stopped and searched for weapons on North Shore Road, outside the Mid-Atlantic Boat Club. Brangman was carrying four foil twists, found to be 0.4 grams of cannabis and 1.2 grams of cannabis resin.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner ordered him to pay the fine immediately.
