A 30-year-old Paget man in Magistrates’ Court denied having cocaine with intent to supply.Kyle Lightbourne pleaded not guilty to possessing 7.1g of the narcotic on North Shore Road on June 17 in an increased penalty zone within 300 yards of Friendship Vale National Park.Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo released Mr Lightbourne on $3,000 bail with a like surety.He is expected to return to court on February 8 for trial.
