A 20-year-old man has appeared in Magistrates’ Court, charged with unlawfully wounding his brother.Tyler Burgess, of Hamilton Parish, is accused of attacking Terrence Burgess on November 1, with the intention of causing grievous bodily harm.Mr Burgess, represented by lawyer Craig Attridge, was not required to enter a plea, as his case must go before the Supreme Court.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted $10,000 bail on surety, ordering him to return to court on November 21. Mr Warner also ordered Mr Burgess to report regularly to police, and refrain from any interference with the complainant.
