A 41-year-old Smith’s man was charged with assault in Magistrates’ Court.Roddelle Lightbourne denied unlawfully assaulting Mervin Dickinson in Pembroke on October 19.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner granted bail of $2,000 and ordered Mr Lightbourne to return to court on March 23.
