Murder accused Jay Dill has been granted bail.Mr Dill, of Southampton, has been charged alongside Devon Hewey with the premeditated murder of footballer Randy Robinson on March 31, 2011. Both men have also been charged with use of a firearm in the offence. The charges, which are indictable only, must be dealt with at the Supreme Court.However, at a short form preliminary inquiry defending lawyer Shade Subair asked Mr Warner to grant bail for Mr Dill.The two men were remanded after a Magistrates’ Court hearing on May 4. Mr Hewey remains on remand.Mr Warner adjourned the inquiry until June 21.
