Three men were formally charged in Magistrates’ Court yesterday in connection with a fight at St David’s Cricket Club on Sunday.Pembroke residents Ian DeSilva, 37, Temiko Wilson, 24, and Kenneth Caines, 27, of Devonshire, denied the charge before Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner. The incident is alleged to have occurred during the Dudley Eve semi-final football match between Somerset Trojans and St George’s Colts.A 28-year-old man, allegedly attacked inside the club has been released from hospital.All three defendants were released on $2,000 bail with one surety each.The case was set down for trial in Magistrates’ Court on January 31.Meanwhile, police are appealing for anyone who may have pictures or video footage of the incident to contact the St George’s Criminal Investigation Unit on 293-2222, or the confidential Crime Stoppers hotline on 800-8477.
