A 31-year-old man appeared in court yesterday charged with the serious sexual assault of a woman at Hamilton Bus Terminal.The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was not required to enter a plea as the matter must be dealt with at Supreme Court.Prosecutor Susan Mulligan told Magistrates’ Court the offence was alleged to have happened in the early hours of June 10.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner refused the man bail and remanded him in custody, adjourning the case to July 23.
