A Smith’s man denied causing grievous bodily harm by driving without due care and attention when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning.

Bavand Etemadi, 41, allegedly injured Thomas Ray on Harrington Hundreds Road in Smith’s on March 16.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $1,500 bail and set a trial date for May 13.
