A 22-year-old St George’s man has been charged in Magistrates’ Court with injuring two people by driving without due care and attention.
Mark Terceira allegedly caused grievous bodily harm to Caleb Pierre and Jeana Jones on South Road in Devonshire on June 23.
Mr Terceira was not required to enter a plea because the charges are indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted $5,000 bail and adjourned the matter to August 25 for mention.
