Smith’s man denies impaired driving

A 26-year-old Smith’s man has denied drink-driving and injuring two men.
Appearing in Magistrates’ Court this morning, Jordan Lamb pleaded not guilty to driving a car while impaired by alcohol on Frog Lane in Devonshire on Tuesday.
He also pleaded not guilty to driving while over the legal alcohol limit on the same date, as well as causing two men bodily harm by reckless driving.
Mr Lamb elected to be tried in Magistrates’ Court and a trial date was set for May 26.
He was granted $2,500 bail with a like surety.
