A 30-year-old woman was charged with causing the death with a vehicle of a mother of two while there was a dangerous drug in her system.

Collisha Burch did not enter a plea in Magistrates’ Court as the case will be tried in Supreme Court. Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo released Ms Burch on $10,000 bail until a further court appearance on May 1.

Kerry Hollis, 38, died after a crash on Middle Road near Five Star Island, in Southampton, last September.

She left behind two daughters.
