A 22-year-old man admitted yesterday an attempted robbery at an East End betting shop.
However, Jahru Edmead, from Southampton, pleaded not guilty to possession of a bladed article. Magistrates’ Court heard the attempted robbery was at GameTime in St George, last Thursday.
Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe adjourned the case until Friday and released Edmead on $2,500 bail.
