‘Erratic’ motorcylist done for drink-driving

A man pulled over by police after they saw him drive his motorcycle “erratically” has been banned from the roads and fined after he admitted drink-driving.

Magistrates Court heard yesterday that Miles Dill, 25, from Southampton, was spotted by police on Cavendish Road in Pembroke on August 2 at 12.25am.

Dill was pulled over and told police that he had been drinking.

Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe sentenced Dill to an 18-month driving ban and fined him $1,000.

He ordered the fine to be paid by January 31 next year.
