Two police officers appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with a sex assault on a man.

The incident is alleged to have happened on April 27, 2019.

The officers, both male, did not have to enter a plea as the case must be heard in the Supreme Court.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo released the men on $5,000 bail and adjourned the case to the Supreme Court arraignments session on July 1.

He ordered them to have no contact with the alleged victim.
