A woman who struck a motorcyclist with her car has been banned from driving all vehicles for three months.

Sheetal Behal, 43, from Pembroke, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention when she appeared in Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

The court heard that in October 2022, Behal hit and injured the rider while turning from Berkeley Road on to North Shore Road in Pembroke.

In addition to being banned, Behal was fined $1,000.
