Man denies sexual offences charges
A Hamilton Parish man has been charged in Magistrates’ Court with two counts of sexual exploitation against a girl.
The 56-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denied both offences, which allegedly occurred between June and September 2020, when he appeared in court and chose to have his case heard in Magistrates’ Court.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to June 2 and released the man on $10,000 bail until that time.
She also ordered that he have no contact with the complainant.
