Man charged with accessing child pornography
A man has been charged in Magistrates’ Court with accessing child pornography.
The defendant, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, denied accessing three categories of child pornography, all between December 2017 and March 2018, when he appeared in court yesterday. He chose to have his case tried in Magistrates’ Court.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case until July 31 and released the man on $20,000 bail, with a like surety, until that time. He was also ordered to surrender all travel documents.
