Man, 46, denies murdering Keith Gordon
A 46-year-old man has denied an allegation that he murdered Keith Gordon.
Clinton Smith, of no known address, pleaded not guilty to a single charge of murder during an appearance in the Supreme Court yesterday.
The murder allegedly took place on or around June 10, 2022.
Puisne Judge Juan Wolffe ordered that the matter return to the courts on September 1 and remanded Mr Smith into custody until that date.
Mr Gordon, 70, was the son of the late labour and civil rights leader EF Gordon, a National Hero, and the brother of former premier Dame Pamela Gordon and former MP Patricia Gordon-Pamplin.
